The Outcomes Survey® pricing starts at just $2,500 for up to 500 new graduates or 1,000 alumni surveyed. After that, costs are based off the number of additional contacts surveyed. There’s also a one-time implementation fee for new customers. Need additional help? GradLeaders offers delegated admin and other professional services to outsource data collection, outreach, and reporting as well.
The Outcomes Survey® is often far more cost effective than doing it yourself and can be much less than the annual base salary of a survey research analyst. Survey researchers earned an average salary of $59,170, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. PayScale.com offers similar national data that states the average base salary for a survey researcher to be $58,667 per year.
Outcomes data is collected primarily via an online survey, administered to all graduates immediately prior to graduation and updated at multiple intervals after graduation for a period of up to one year. Graduates are prompted to update their contact information and enter or update employment/occupational status and graduate school admissions outcomes data that has changed since their last submission.
Graduates respond to the step-by-step online survey via desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device. Graduates can be surveyed regarding the following topics:
The average response rate using The Outcomes Survey® is 52%. Response rates as high as 100% can be achieved when institutions fully engage with GradLeaders and our best practices and resources. Data collection can be further enhanced using administrator entry tools for recording secondary source data. Institutions that survey in real-time obtain better results!
