The team at GradLeaders is pleased to announce the release of new Super Admin Configuration User Permissions as part of our commitment to offer you even more control and customization for your GradLeaders Career Center platform. This release is an enhancement to other configuration tools and permissions designed specifically for our power users who want to make updates to the platform on their own, anytime, anywhere.
These new permissions offer even more flexibility for you and your team, with the ability to modify, add and delete select survey form questions and answers.
To start adding/editing survey questions and answers on your own, contact our Customer Support Team or your CRM. Once you’re granted the appropriate permissions, you’ll be able to add, edit and delete select survey questions and answers.
In addition to the new Survey Configuration File user permissions, there are also a number of other customizations you can get access to within the system, including:
- Update Messages: Screen, Email, Dashboard and Tooltips
- Manage Users
- Manage Permissions
- Term Replacements
Beyond those “Super Admin” permissions, you can also perform the following functions on own:
- Upload, append and export student records
- Batch assign answers
- Combine records
- Promote students/PIDs
