GradLeaders is pleased to announce that Mark Quinlan and Rich Rudek have joined the company as investor-operators and will serve as CEO and President/COO, respectively. Upon the consummation of an in-process growth-oriented recapitalization, Quinlan will take on the role of Chairman as well.
The two most recently served in similar capacities at Improveit 360, another Columbus-based vertical SaaS company. Improveit 360 was acquired by the nation’s leading “service commerce” player, EverCommerce (www.evercommerce.com), in April 2017.
“We are delighted to join the team and board at GradLeaders,” said Quinlan. “We have been impressed by the product, staff and incredibly deep level of EdTech expertise that exists here.”
“We look forward to joining them in their mission to create more meaningful connections between their student and employer users,” added Rudek. “We can’t wait to begin meeting with their career center and employer partners to learn how GradLeaders can provide innovative new solutions to meet their unique needs.”
Quinlan and Rudek bring their own unique backgrounds and experiences to the team. Quinlan is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has an MBA as well as a Master’s in Public Policy & Management from The Ohio State University. Rudek graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and has an MBA from the University of Dayton. The two partners were finalists for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year program in 2005. Both will be in attendance at GradLeaders 14th annual Connections Conference on May 13-14 at the Hilton Columbus at Easton. Meet them and other career development and talent acquisition thought leaders for a one-of-a-kind event at GradLeaders.com/Connections.
