As our closed/exclusive network of vetted higher education partners expands, GradLeaders is dedicated to supporting the talent acquisition needs of our employer partners. Not only do our employer partners influence future school, association and coding bootcamp partnership targets, their hiring needs determine the talent data we collect from participating students as well as the program data we report on our higher education partners.
Diversity hiring is a key component of nearly every employers’ talent initiatives. That is why we have focused our efforts on working with minority serving institutions. And with our new Institution Type search filter, recruiters may specifically search across all or specific minority serving institution types such as Hispanic Serving and Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander Serving Institution.
In addition to sourcing by minority serving institution type, we have simplified the process for targeting 4-year schools, graduate schools, community colleges, technical/specialized colleges and professional associations. It is our wish that the new Institution Type filter will expedite and enhance the targeted sourcing process for all employer partners.
