New GradLeaders Career Center Features and Fixes from our November 2024 Release:

FEATURES:

New permission to hide “Show All/Show Available” filter from employers
New permission that enables admins to view a School Staff Activity tab
New logic to offload Promote activity to a queue, enabling admins to continue using the system
Enable admins to use and save multiple email templates related to Jobs, Workshops, Events, Interviews
Enable admins to look up Workshop attendees/signups by last name
Enable admins to specify different types of documents for students to upload

FIXES:

Prevent signup for an Appointment Block slot if available time is insufficient for Appointment Type
Prevent video calls from continuing indefinitely if window is left open
Enable School Staff who are not admins to view unfiltered list of students
Improve logic and processing time on admin Visit Rounds page
Ensure that incomplete Co-ops, once completed, properly trigger the Approval Workflow

Include variables for Co-op Approval Manager contact info in Approval Workflow emails

Enable admins to insert full HTML instructional text on a data input forms and surveys
New configurable survey question type to enable admins to collect an e-signature on any survey form in the system
Enable override of default two column display to a single column for specific candidate and employer surveys
Remove hard coded Major from admin Advising calendar events
Enable certain fields from Co-op employer approval workflow surveys to flow through to the Company Profile
New employer Looker dashboard that includes metrics for their system activity (postings, events, resume DB usage)

Record an audit trail by logging an IP address for all phases of a Co-op approval workflow
Enable admins to easily delete unwanted student profiles from the system
New Company and Contact Notes survey that enables the admin to specify the fields that display

Improve Workshop Signups tab load time
Require free Resume Books to use unique names
Correct date field error that caused Co-op export to error
Ensure that Max Responses value is not reset when editing an external survey
Ensure that system uses Event increment setting when admin confirms an Event Request

New GradLeaders Career Center Features and Fixes from our August 2024 Release:

FEATURES:

Batch email changes to reduce volume of bounced emails. Unsuccessful email recipients will be automatically re-verified every 90 days.
Peer appointment notes can no longer be marked Private, preventing them from being viewed by other Admin users.
Free Resume Books can now filter based on all “Activity Filter – …” search criteria.
Upon survey completion, users can now re-direct to a specific URL per survey.
When using calendar sync, Mock Interviews and Workshops will prevent advising signups for their duration.
Different time increments are now available upon request for Company Event Start/End times. (e.g 5 minute intervals rather than 15).
Expired Resume Books will now be hidden under the “Inactive” filter for a cleaner, more readable list of active Resume Books.
When viewing Employer users, the option to be taken straight to their Contact record as been added.
Co-op exports can now pull data from the Student and employer modules in addition to their normal export function.
“Location” can now be added upon request to Peer appointment calendar notifications when using Calendar Integration.
Co-op Survey dates are now visible to students (e.g Sent date, reminder dates and due dates).
The Admin Document library has been improved greatly to improve ease of use as well as making the managing of visibility easier across the board.
CareerTracker Task reminders have been changed to allow more flexibility regarding frequency.
Job Agent emails now have their own unsubscribe footer template which takes students directly into the system to manage their job agents.
Student advising signups have now been split into Past and future signups to better improve visibility.
The leftmost action button in the Student and Employer modules will now use the your Primary theme color to improve visibility.
The Admin Import tool has been expanded to allow the import of Co-ops.

FIXES

An issue where the confirmation email would sometimes be sent to the wrong advisor.
An issue where duplicate appointments would sometimes be created.
The Job search agent will no longer be stopped by missing permissions if it is set.
Deleting Advising appointments will now remove their associated calendar items.

Update Calendar Integration for Advising Appointment sent to Advisor to use Program level text for Profile question “Major”
Ensure that Advising Block timeslot availability takes existing appointments into account
Ensure that responses default properly on a student’s view of a Single Advising Appointment
Correct issue that prevented correct navigation between rows when student views an Advising Appointment from an Advising Block
Ensure that Co-op View Approval Workflow emails are logged to the correct user type

Provide super admins with the ability to unsubscribe/resubscribe users who have requested such
Enable admins to update Email template names without updating other fields on the template
Enable admins to define a default Approval Workflow template for a Co-op Semester. Additionally, new semester setting that enables the Approval Workflow to begin automatically upon Co-op creation
New page and admin customizable screen message that displays when new required questions are added to the student profile, enabling admins to provide an explanation when students are routed back into their profile after login
Enable configuration of student profile fields onto the Peer Appointment form that will default values from the meeting organizer’s profile

Correct export timeouts that occur when a text field within the export file contains certain HTML characters

Prevent admins from removing the Advisor flag from School Staff associated with one or more Advising Blocks
Prevent student Profile Last Updated Date from being updated when certain responses are defaulted in, but no responses are actually changed

Updates to the candidate JobMatch UI to make Search function more as a user would expect
Organize admin Co-op grid to better represent the flow of a Co-op, and to reduce scrolling
Suppress meeting body text/description coming into GLCC via 2-way personal appointment sync
Provide term replacement for plural Organization terms, e.g., “Company” “Companies”
Enable both a date picker and a time picker when admin enters a calendar-type Career Tracker Task
